Ayanna Kerrison is a Senior Analyst at Precursor Ventures. Before her Venture Capital career, Ayanna spent over five years working at a variety of global Investment Banks in an Operations and FP&A capacity. Prior to joining Precursor, Ayanna worked at Credit Suisse as a COO within Prime Services. Ayanna also spent time working at Bank of Montreal in the Financial Sponsors Group. Ayanna is a New York native and graduated from Baruch College with her BA.

Elise Smith is Co-Founder and CEO at Praxis Labs. Prior to co-founding Praxis Labs, Elise invested in and coached entrepreneurs developing diversity and inclusion solutions at NewSchools Venture Fund. She has also developed ed-tech products and led ed-tech partnerships at IBM Watson. Elise holds a B.A. in Geography & Social Inequity from Dartmouth College and an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University. Inspired by her parents' fight for educational equity, Elise is dedicated to scaling access and opportunity with the goal of creating a more equitable society. When not working, Elise can be found listening to political podcasts, running outside, and binging the latest Netflix show.
Sarah Kunst
Managing Director
Sarah Kunst is the managing director of Cleo Capital and a contributing editor at Marie Claire Magazine. She has served as a senior advisor at Bumble where she focused on their corporate VC arm Bumble Fund and on the board of the Michigan State University Foundation endowment. Kunst has been named a Future Innovator by Vanity Fair, Forbes 30 Under 30 and a top 25 innovator in tech by Cool Hunting. She has been recognized for her work in Business Insider as a 30 under 30 Women in Tech and Top African-American in Tech & Pitchbook Top Black VC To Watch and honored as a top woman in VC by the Wall St. Journal and named a top DealmakeHer by the National Retail Federation. She was also named a coach for the Cartier Women’s Initiative.
