Board diversity is good business, and a great pre-IPO board isn’t built in a day. It requires deliberate effort far in advance to really get the benefit of diverse voices. For many CEOs and other leaders of promising companies, surfacing diverse candidates is challenging, so they turn to their investors, service providers and others to grow their networks.
Join speakers from Valence, Sequoia, Bolster and Santa Clara University as they share their insights and approaches, and discuss some best practices for evaluating and leveraging board members for growth.
