Respected marketing guru, Justina Omokhua, is synonymous with “strategist.” She maintains an insatiable curiosity and a thirst, drive and need for information - that has been central to the success she's manifested in her career.
In her current role as SVP of Brand Marketing at Endeavor, Justina works across the ecosystem of the platform to create synergy across the various businesses in the portfolio including but not limited to 160/90, WME, IMG, UFC, Professional Bull Riders, Miss Universe and Frieze.

Prior to Endeavor, Justina worked at Apple as the Global Head of Content Strategy & Lifestyle Marketing for Apple Music and iTunes. She has also worked for some of the largest brands in the world - including Verizon, Nokia, Pepsi and L’Oreal.
Anastasia Williams is the Founder and Chief Curator of TheAList, an inclusive exclusive community of C-Suite and senior executives of color at brands/companies across all industries who control P&Ls, facilitating access to influence business, connect with each other, and curate meetings & events.
Anastasia is a brand strategist with 15+ years of experiential marketing, music business, and project management experience, applying her critical skill set and managerial leadership in working with some of today's most relevant platinum-selling music artists and Fortune 100/500 companies from will.i.am, Black-Eyed Peas, Justin Timberlake, and Timbaland to Unilever, Discover Financial Services, Vevo, Moet Hennessy, POPSUGAR, NASCAR, P&G, and more.
Additionally, Ms. Williams is the Managing Director of MADNESS Collective, a consultancy that provides strategic advisory to global brands, companies, and executives in the areas of diversity/equity/inclusion, experiential strategy, and marketplace visibility.
In his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Julian Duncan is responsible for leading the strategic and creative development of all marketing, branding, digital, experiential, promotional strategies and tactical execution platforms and Social Responsibility for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bold Events.
Julian has over a decade of brand management and marketing leadership experience with globally recognized brands, Nike and Under Armour. Throughout his journey in the sports apparel industry, Duncan crafted marketing strategies and drove execution at the global, geography, and territory levels elevating performance and lifestyle products across numerous sport categories in partnership with global sport and cultural icons including LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Serena Williams, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Duncan’s path to the Jaguars organization also included stops in Dusseldorf, Germany and Regina, Saskatchewan where he played football in NFL Europe and the Canadian Football League, respectively.
Julian has a passion for increasing minority participation in positions of corporate leadership and pursues this as the co-founder of Monday Night Mentorship - a community of rising marketing talent seeking to earn a seat at the table. He also serves on the steering committee for Adweek to help guide their efforts to help marketers learn and grow.
Duncan is from Houston, TX and an alum and former student-athlete from Rice University, where he earned a dual degree in Sport Management and English, and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Management.
He currently resides in St Johns, Florida with his wife Antoinette and their children Sydney and Alexander.
